Service Description

This workshop explores what makes an action fully playable and how a choice is a framework for engaging interaction. By refining the precision of action and intention, performers will learn to bring scenes to life with clarity and dynamism. What You'll Learn: Defining Playable Action – Crafting choices that drive scenes forward with purpose. Scene Structure & Interaction – Understanding how actions shape relationships and narrative flow. Embodying Dynamic Storytelling – Using movement, voice, and presence to enliven the text. Refining Choices Through Repetition – Honing instincts and sharpening performance through iterative scene work. Over six sessions, actors will develop a sharper, more adaptable approach to scene work, making each moment fully alive and connected. Who is this for? This is for actors who want to develop a deeper understanding of how action drives storytelling. It is designed for those who seek to refine their ability to make scene work dynamic, interactive, and alive.
